A. We start loading the wagons at dark/dusk (

does the ride end?
A.
The ride ends when the last person finishes the ride. If you get in line you
get a ride.
Q. Do you
accept credit cards at the box office on the nights of the event?
A.
Yes, we accept all the major credit cards.
Q. I have a
large group of people coming; can I get a better price?
A We have a money saving coupon on the
website’s directions page.
Q. Is this
ride for little kids?
A. This ride isn’t geared for children. While really fun, it’s
absolutely scary, frightening, and dark.
It’s up to parents to decide if their children are mature enough for the
ride. If their age is in single digits, or even a little older, this ride might
not be for them. We DO NOT recommend the ride for children 7 or younger.
Q. Can I
bring a flashlight?
A. Please, no lights and no cameras.
Q. Will I
get touched on the ride by any of the characters?
A.
No one will touch you on the ride and no matter how scared you are don’t touch
the characters. Unfortunately, if you touch a character you will be removed
from the ride and there won’t be a refund.
Q. What if the weather is bad?
A. We take safety and your enjoyment very seriously and will
cancel the event in the case of inclement weather. Please call us to confirm

When will the
Haunted Manor be open, how much does it cost and how do I get there?

Is it scary?
The Haunted Manor is where your most frightening dreams become reality. As soon
as you enter the front door, you will be transported into a realm of terror - a
dark twisting maze through rooms populated with creatures from your worst
nightmares. Your only goal will be to elude the predators who stalk you through
the darkness - to be a survivor, not a victim, of the Manor.
But is it
really scary?
Hey, fear is relative. We do our part by providing hands down one of the
scariest haunted house in the area. Of course everyone has their own particular
fear threshold and pet phobias (we like to collect pet phobias). The best
answer we can give is that 99% of the people who come out the back door will be
screaming.
You've got adrenal glands, you be the judge.
Will the
monsters touch me?
We have a "no touch" policy - you don't touch us, we don't touch you.
Unfortunately, due to the very dim lighting inside the Factory, you may
occasionally come into accidental contact with one of our staff. Our monsters
will not grab or maul you.
Can I bring my
kids?
By all means, bring the whole neighborhood! Again, fear is relative. The ghouls come out in the evening and we
consider ourselves 'PG-13',Children under twelve should be accompanied by an
adult. Young children who get to the front door and are too scared to enter
will not be forced (not even by their well-meaning parents). Children who are
too young to walk through on their own should not attend. We ask that you not
carry in babies as this is not safe for the child. At your request, we will
hold a spot in line for a family member who stays outside with a small child or
baby while the rest of the group enters. We do not recommend Haunted Manor for
very young children.
Is there a discount for small children?
Yes, small heads 12 or younger are $8.

Can anyone
come to the Haunted Manor?
The Haunted
Manor is not recommended for patrons with heart conditions, epileptics,
expectant mothers, or children 7 –(under 12 unless accompanied by an adult).
