Our What The Hay Contestis the Only Hay Bale Sculpting Event in Northern Jersey
WHAT THE HAY!?!?!...September 22 & 23, 2012
Visitors at the Pumpkin Land Festival can watch the progress throughout the weekend as hay “artists” build original sculptures from bales of hay. Hay art sculptures will remain on display for the duration of the Pumpkin Land Festival through October 28, 2012.
Schedule: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, Saturday, September 22: hay sculpting teams will carve away at hay bales 10:00 am - 3:00 pm, Sunday, September 23: the teams will continue to create their hay bale sculptures 4:00 pm, Sunday , September 23: judging and winning teams announced.
