• A credit card receipt, credit card statement, or canceled check is not considered valid proof of purchase.
• Sale prices are valid on the day of sale ONLY.

Plants

We recommend that all plant materials be watered according to the suggested care schedule according to individual plants and installed in the ground as soon as possible after purchase.

• Plants in original salable condition still in a original container and not installed in the ground may be returned up to 14 days from purchase date if accompanied by an itemized register receipt for full refund.
• Plants returned after 14 days will be subject to Heaven Hill Farms assessment of condition, performance and circumstances prior to any approval of exchange or store credit.
• Nursery stock is guaranteed for one year from date of purchase, with a replacement of equal value.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Dry Goods & Other Non-Plant Items

May be returned within 14 days IF in original condition, in original packaging and accompanied by itemized register receipt.

• Opened product will not be accepted for return unless determined faulty by Heaven Hill Farm’s Customer Service Representatives. (Please see manufacturer’s warranty information on product packaging.)
• Furniture including, but not limited to, all outdoor living items & accessories, are limited to manufacturer’s warranty.
• Sale merchandise may not be returned.
• Seasonal/holiday items are not returnable after the holiday.
• All seasonal/holiday items sold on Clearance Sale are not refundable.
• All special orders require a 50% Non-Refundable deposit.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
